This policy explains how Luggdrop ("we") handles the information you give us when you join our early access list. Luggdrop is a luggage delivery service in Seoul, Korea that has not launched yet.

Email address
Your trip details: arrival date, airport, type of stay and number of bags
Where you plan to stay in Seoul (hotel name or area), if you choose to tell us
How you found this page (for example, advertising campaign parameters) and the language you viewed it in

We do not collect payment details.

3. Why we collect it

To notify you when LUGGDROP launches and send your early access offer
To understand demand (when, where and for whom to launch first)

We will not send you unrelated marketing, and we do not sell your information.

4. Legal basis

We process your information based on your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. How long we keep it

Until 6 months after launch, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. After that it is deleted.

6. Service providers

We use the following providers to run this page and form. Your information may be stored on their servers outside Korea.

Netlify (website hosting and form responses) — United States
Google Analytics and Google Ads (website usage and ad measurement) — United States

These Google services use cookies. If you visit from Europe, they are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing support@luggdrop.com. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
